The Tuggeranong Festival Cup will be held on November 26. The regatta is a club based event, as such the Tug Festival Cup will be awarded to a club not an individual. Categories will be Mens, Womens, Mixed, Schoolboy & Schoolgirl.

The fastest crew from each category will be decided by heats & a final with category winning crews receiving medals for each rower and a pennant for their club. Each category winning crew will then be entered into the grand final where handicap starts will accommodate the different categories – first across the line wins the Inaugural Tuggeranong Festival Cup which will be presented immediately after the final is run – rowers will be on the stage in the Town Centre Park to claim the Cup.
