Rowing Youth Cup Regatta starts The Youth Cup Regatta starts tomorrow at Lake Kawana, Queensland with a full contingent of ACT athletes. We expect results to be published by Rowing Queensland. The courses being considered are: motor boat driver’s licence course; coxswains course; rowing coach levels 1, 2 and 3. ACTRA Operations ACTRA is reviewing its responsibilities and the allocation to the many volunteers who support the association. The affiliated clubs have received a draft list of responsibilities and a proposed list of positions needing to be filled.
