The AIS will be conducting a 5km time trial this Saturday morning as a part of the national training camp being conducted in Canberra. The trial will commence at 7:30am and will follow the normal NTC route, commencing at the white poles adjacent to the AIS rowing shed and proceeding via the most direct route to the entrance of Kingston Harbour. There will be approximately 14 boats competing at one minute intervals.

Coaches will be placed along the route to supervise. Rowers and Coaches are asked to keep clear of the course and minimise wash during this time.
