ANU Boat Club Celebrates 50 Years
The ANU Boat Club is pleased to announce that it has finally achieved 50 years of age! And it has not just survived that first half century but thrived. The club now has 140 members, is one of the top performing clubs in Australian university rowing, and is ANU Sport’s Club of the Year.
To help celebrate its first 50 years the club invites you to the ANUBC Golden Jubilee Celebration dinner in the Federation Ballroom at the Canberra Hyatt Hotel on 18 October 2014. This will be a great opportunity to reconnect with friends from your rowing days at ANU, reminisce about those memorable mornings on Sullivan’s Creek and Lake Burley Griffin, and celebrate the club’s achievements.
