Youth 8 Selection Update This is an update on the selection process for the ACT Youth Eights for the 2007 Kings Cup Regatta. Girls: Erg testing has commenced, with the majority of girls completing their 2km ergometer test this morning. Any athletes still to do the test will need to have this completed prior to the 1500m time trial on Thursday morning. Any athletes who still have to confirm their participation should contact Gordon Marcks urgently. The 1500m time trial will be conducted on the Yarramundi Reach course on Thursday, 25 January. First boat will START at 7am with a detailed list to be forwarded by email on Wednesday morning. Unless informed otherwise, it is assumed that the participants will be in single sculls. Boys: The time trial and erg test will be conducted in the morning of Tuesday 30th Jan. A start list and schedule will be circulated via email shortly. Below is a list of nominated athletes for both the boys and girls. If there are any omissions or errors, please contact Gordon Marcks as soon as possible. This will be updated as the erg tests and rowing trials are completed. The athlete marked with an asterisk have not submitted complete documentation.
