Your chance to bid for this great opportunity ends tomorrow!

Auction Poster

CRC is holding as part of their 50th Anniversary celebrations a Silent Auction for a coaching session with Paul Thompson MBE here in Canberra in March this year. All details are on the poster and bids close on the 28th February.

Paul is an Australian coach currently working as Chief Coach of the British Women’s and Lightweight rowing team.

As we lead into the 2014 ACT Championships the regatta is shaping up to be an important one for many clubs as we draw to a close in the 2013-2014 premiership season. During the Radford regatta last weekend, Radford College (431) added almost 100 points to their total to extend their lead over Canberra Rowing Club (420.5) by an additional 4 points. Radford also continue to lead the men’s point score with 266 points although we have seen a change in second place as CRC (219) close the gap moving ahead of Marist College (218) by only one point. In the women’s competition Capital Lakes Rowing Club (219) has now extended their previous 1 point lead over CRC (201.5). There have also been some changes to the overall rankings with Capital Lakes moving ahead of Daramalan College to fourth place and Lake Tuggeranong moving up to eighth place.
