Entry fee is $5 per seat (excludes cox).

Entries must be placed in the regatta entry (locked grey) box at Canberra Rowing Club by 4pm on the Wednesday before the weekends races. Alternative entry arrangements can be made by prior arrangements through your rowing club officials or directly via .

No late entries can be accepted and entries without seat fees will not be accepted.

The results of the pointscore will be available on club noticeboards, the ACTRA website and the Canberra Times following each weekend event.

Awards will be given, at a BBQ on Sunday 31 August, to fastest times, overall pointscore winner and winner of each race for each category. This is subject to sufficient entries in categories to cover costs. Perpetual trophies (the Killer Cup and the Cirulis Plate) are presented to the pointscore winner of the mens and womens single sculling race.

Inquiries should be directed to your rowing club officials or direct to the organisers via .
