16 Jan 2006 Lake Closures - Several Lake Burley Griffin is to be closed to our use for rowing at the following times:
- Australia Day - entire Central Basin will be closed for the period 0900 & midnight on 26 January. There is some suggestion that it might be closed from midday on Wednesday, 25 January - so watch out for public notices on this.
- Canberra Triathlon Festival -
- Central Basin between Nerang Pool and Aspen Island will be closed 1700-1900hrs on Friday 27 January.
- Entire Central Basin will be closed for the period 0600 - 2100 on Saturday 28 January (that's right, the WHOLE day)
- Central Basin between Nerang Pool and Aspen Island will be closed 0600-1700hrs on Sunday 29 January.
